Canning technology Automatic sardine cooker CDA' (automatic loading and unloading) Cocedor de sardinas con carga y descarga automatica C.DA.® Cooker with totally automatic loading, unloading and turning over of cans to locate them upside down, with no labour used for this purpose. The automatic CDA cooker has the advantage over other cookers that the personnel does not control ever in the operations of load and unload of the cans what guarantees a FIFO process (First In-First Out), obtaining a total traceability of the processed product. Machine designed for cooking and drying (if necessary) offish already packed in cans. The main feature of this machine is that it cooks the packed fish with the can upside down, enabling the fat and water to drain out during the cooking process and then drying the fish and the can (if necessary), thus obtaining a final product of greater quality and better appearance and taste. Available in several sizes according to the required production and adapted to the format to be produced. It may or may not have a drying area, depending on the type of product to be manufactured. Fitted with independent temperature selectors for cooking and drying areas with temperature recorders and probes. An energy efficient machine: • Fitted with a closed coil in the drying area and a purger to recover condensates. • Automatic temperature control and modulated steam entrance valves. • Recovery of the oil and grease generated during the cooking process in a single point, so it can be used for other purposes. Made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Supplied with EC certificate. It can optionally be fitted with an automatic and programmable lubrication system. There are different variations of this cooker, according to the desired production and type of container to be processed, as well as equipment with or without drying area. Cocedor con carga, descarga y volteo de lata para ponerlas boca abajo de forma totalmente automatica, sin la utilizacion de mano de obra para este proposito. El cocedor automatico tiene la ventaja sobre otros cocedores de que el personal no interviene en ningun momento en las operaciones de carga y descarga de las latas lo que garantiza un proceso FIFO (First In-First Out), obteniendo asf una trazabilidad total del producto procesado. Maquina disenada para la coccion, y secado si es necesario, del pescado ya empacado en latas. Esta maquina tiene su principal caracteristica en la coccion del pescado ya empacado con la lata boca abajo, permitiendo asi el escurrido de la grasa y el agua durante el proceso de coccion y posterior secado del pescado y la lata (si procede), obteniendo un producto final de mayor calidad, presencia y sabor. Disponible en varios tamanos segun la produccion requerida y adaptado al formato a producir. Puede o no disponer de zona de secado, dependiendo del tipo de producto a fabricar.
