Semi-automatic wrap-around labeling Precision for small batches The labeling of cylindrical products such as pipes, tubes, glass bottles or vials in small batches presents manufacturers and packaging service providers with the challenge of ensuring high precision along with flexibility. The semi-automatic wrap-around labeler 211 is the perfect solution for this problem. The product is manually inserted into a roller prism, and a product stopper ensures that it is positioned exactly. The rotation unit starts rotating the product, then the label is applied onto the product with high precision by a pivot peel plate with an application roller. The labeled product is then removed by hand. With the wrap-around labeler 211 it is easy to change to different product formats at any time. The innovative HERMA 500 is used as a control unit as well as for labeling.
