BEAN PROCESSING LINE

HOPPER 34G This universal feeding hopper can be used for many different products. It is placed in front of a processing line to ensure a continuous productflow. This hopper is available in different heights and lengths. BEAN WASHER 780 These machines are used for thorough washing of beans, leafy vegetables and similar products. This machine has a length 6200mm and a width of 2590mm. VIBRATORS The model 207 transport system, distributes, sorts, dehydrates, etc, using vibrations. The decks are manufactured in various lengths and widths according to the requirements and performance.

DEBRANCHING AND TOPPING MACHINES The machine 75B is ideal for debranching, destemming and topping beans. The machine 75BA is designed as a pure topping machine without a debranch part and in most cases installed just after the machine 75B which performs debranching. SEPARATOR These machines of the model 80R are used after the topping machine to separate beans with tops from already topped products. This machine is available with drum lengths of 2000, 3000 or 4000 mm.

BREAKER The machine 012A is suitable for cross cutting of whole green beans, wax beans and carrots with a diameter of up to 20 mm. In a particular design the installation also processes salsify and, if needed, headless, peeled asparagus. The machine has a maximum capacity of 2500 kg/ h.

EXTRA MACHINES Depending on the customers wishes, this processingline can be further equipped with the following machines. CONVEYOR BELTS Conveyer belts and elevators are available in different lengths and widths depending on the task and customer needs.

REDLER This redler allows transporting sticky products up without any dirt on the ground. These redlers can be 300 mm to 1000 mm wide. CLEANER These machines screen small parts from plant products and are also suitable as removers of dry dirt. If necessary, the machine can be equipped with a stick drum or a perforated drum . By coating the contact surface with rubber, damage can be avoided.

CALIBRATION DRUM These machines are ideal for the separation and purification of vegetables. If necessary, the machine can be fitted with a stick drum or a perforated plate. WASHER These machines (model 390) are ideal for pre-cleaning and washing of all root vegetables and tubers. For special applications, the drum can be divided into a wet and dry area. The drum may have a length of 2500, 3000 or 3500 mm.

BEAN CUTTER These machines are designed for cutting whole green beans. The model 11 is equipped with a shaft with a circular knife and is used for longitudinal cutting. This model has a capacity of 3500kg/ h. The model 11A is provided with a cleaver-axis and is suitable for transverse cutting. Conversion kits make it possible to switch the machine to another cutting method. This model has a capacity of 4000 kg/ h.
