JKGHY is an integrated controller designed for reactive power compensation and power distribution monitoring. It combines data acquisition, communication, reactive power compensation, and grid parameter measurement and analysis. The device supports RS485 communication (JKGHY-Z) for connecting up to 32 HY series capacitors or a 12V output control method (JKGHY-D) for 12 or 16 steps output.
Operating temperature ranges from -25℃ to +55℃, with relative humidity ≤ 50% at 40℃ and ≤ 90% at 20℃. The device is suitable for altitudes up to 2000m and environments free from harmful gases, steam, conductive or explosive dust, and severe mechanical vibrations.
The rated voltage is 220V±20% with a THDv ≤ 5%, and the rated frequency is 50Hz ±5Hz.
Measurement accuracy is within ±0.5% for voltage and current, ±2% for reactive power, and ±1% for power factor. The JKGHY-Z model supports RS485 communication control for 32 intelligent capacitors or 16 composite switches, while the JKGHY-D model supports 12 or 16 step output control.
The device includes over-voltage, under-voltage, under-current, and over-harmonic protection.
Complies with JB/T 9663-2013.
Features an RS485 communication interface using the Modbus protocol.
The device dimensions are 120×120×85 mm, with a mounting dimension of 113×113 mm.
