TROMMEL SCREEN

Product catalog summary

Introduction
Trommel screens are composed of a motor, reduction unit, cylindrical drum, screen frame, and sealing cover. They are typically elevated at an angle at the feed end and are used for classification, screening, and grading in various industries such as chemical, coal, construction, and recycling.

Performance and Features
The trommel screen operates smoothly with low noise and energy consumption. It has a simple structure for easy maintenance and can be designed to prevent dust pollution. The special screen mesh design enhances screening efficiency and reduces blockages.

Advantages
The trommel screen offers steady operation, low noise, and energy consumption. It is suitable for separating various materials, especially poor quality coal and coal slime. The equipment is fully sealed to minimize dust pollution and features a high screening efficiency due to its comb-shaped screen structure.

Technical Parameters
The document provides a table of technical parameters for different models, detailing capacity, power, screen diameter, length, discharge size, input size, and dimensions.

Application
Trommel screens are applied in industries such as compost, chemical, coal, construction, gold mining, plastic, recycling, metallurgy, mineral-selecting, and agriculture.

Working Principles
Materials flow along the inclined rotating drum, where undersized materials pass through the screen mesh, and oversized materials exit at the drum's end.

Operation and Maintenance
Maintenance guidelines include daily greasing of bearings, weekly cleaning of material build-up, and biannual gearbox oil changes. Screen replacement involves unbolting the old screen and installing a new one.

Service
Pre-sale services include program design and equipment selection. During-sale services focus on client respect and equipment inspection. After-sale services aim to minimize client worries with technical support and spare parts delivery.

Certificates
The company holds certifications such as BV, CE, ISO, TUV, and SGS.
