Where critical levels of temperature and humidity must be maintained, the pre-engineered modular enclosures from HEMCO offer a cost-effective alternative to conventional construction and provide the quality, durability and performance that Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) demand. Our CMM rooms are specifically designed to maintain a +/- 1/2 degree temperature consistently. The modular room provides the environmental precision and accuracy necessary for companies that need to meet tight specification standards. HEMCO CMM modular enclosures are built to exact specifications. The pre-engineered modular design minimizes construction costs and delays. In addition, special oil mist or HEPA filtration can be designed into the CMM room providing high levels of cleanliness essential for a measurement of the highest quality. ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL CAPABILITIES AIR CLEANLINESS: Class 100 to 100,000 Achieved by HEPA and / or Carbon filters. HEPA’s are 99.97% efficient in capturing particulate 0.3 microns or larger. Carbon absorbs vapors, odors, gases and solvents Temperature 65 to 80 degrees +/- 1/2 to 1 degree Cooling systems are available for lower temperature requirements Humidity: 40% to 60% +/- 2 to 5 % Desiccant dryers are available for lower humidity requirements MODULAR ENCLOSURE WITH GLOVE PORT ACCESS CONSTRUCTION FEATURES INSULATED MODULAR WALL & CEILING PANELS Urethane foam or expanded polystyrene foam panels are available with a wide selection of surfaces such as com posite resin, aluminum, enameled steel, and stainless steel.
