Helmholz COMPATIBLE WITH YOU FLEXtra® profiPoint Installation and Mounting The FLEXtra® profiPoint is used primarily to supply the terminating resistor and is designed for mounting on a DIN rail. It can be used in conjunction with a PROFIBUS connector as the active measurement point or as an active terminator. It is necessarily needed that the FE (functional earth) is connected. The profiPoint is provided for a voltage of 24 VDC. The correct connection respectively the correct function of profiPoint is cognizable by a green LED on the front of it.
