Spiralwrap
Spiralwrap is a protective sheathing designed for flexible routing and protection of cables. It features beveled inner edges to prevent cable damage and is resistant to most chemicals. Available in natural and black as standard colors, with other colors available based on volume requirements.
- Control Cabinet Doors: Protects cables from friction and prevents wire chafing.
- Robotics: Safeguards hoses and wires during movement.
- Pneumatic Hoses: Prevents abrasion on semi-trucks and other vehicles.
- Spark Plug Wires: Extends the life of wires by reducing insulation abrasion.
- Gapped Installation: Spiralwrap is wrapped with spaces to accommodate wire breakouts and maintain flexibility.
- Butted Installation: Spiralwrap is wrapped tightly for superior abrasion resistance and rigidity.
- Polyethylene (PE): Suitable for general applications, available in various colors, and UV-resistant in black.
- Flame-Retardant Polyethylene: Self-extinguishing, suitable for applications requiring fire resistance.
- Polyamide 6 (PA6): Recommended for enclosed environments with fire risk, self-extinguishing, and UV-resistant in black.
- Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE): Offers the widest temperature range, chemically inert, and non-flammable.
