Product Specifications- ET & ETST (PVC): 7.0 mil thickness, adhesion of 16 oz./inch, tensile strength of 15.4 lbs./inch, elongation of 180%, and breakdown voltage of 7,800 V. Suitable for general-purpose applications with an operating temperature range of +20 °F to 176°F (-7 °C to +80 °C). U.L. Listed and meets U.L. 510 and Mil-Std. Mil - 1-7798-A.
- ETCW (PVC): 8.0 mil thickness, adhesion of 17 oz./inch, tensile strength of 20 lbs./inch, elongation of 200%, and breakdown voltage of 8,600 V. Ideal for cold weather and outdoor installations with an operating temperature range of 0 °F to +194 °F (-18 °C to +90 °C). U.L. Listed and meets U.L. 510 and Mil-Std. Mil - 1-24391-A.
- ETSB (Butyl Rubber): 20 mil thickness, elongation of 600%, and breakdown voltage of 14,000 V. Provides void-free insulation over irregular surfaces with an operating temperature range of -14 °F to +176 °F (-26 °C to +80 °C). U.L. Listed and meets ASTM D-119.
Installation Recommendations
For optimal results, apply the tape with tension to ensure the memory of the tape tightens the seal, enhancing waterproofing. Overlap each layer by approximately 50% for the best seal.
