ETSB (Butyl Rubber): 20 mil thickness, elongation of 600%, and breakdown voltage of 14,000 V. Provides void-free insulation over irregular surfaces with an operating temperature range of -14 °F to +176 °F (-26 °C to +80 °C). U.L. Listed and meets ASTM D-119.
