XX-pure – the hot runner pleasure or - Efficiency carried to the extremes The inquiry for high-quality hot runner systems with high flexibility “for favorable prices” is very increasing. By developing new things we always place efficiency for the user in special emphasis. X-pure has innovative effects, unit to one solution: In the style of reliable “Easy-Line” series the new "x-pure" system has been developed. X-pure – the hot runner pleasure should be the claim. Pure, means pure use, without frills but however individually by small dimensions. Pleasure makes the diversity of the kit and the easy use with installation and application. With 3 different diameters in each case with 4 length this nozzle line are according to standard on stock starting from December 2008. The tip area is designed as screwed version. The design of the gate well area in the mould is free for different possibilities: ring seal or a customer friendly open fit. You can also use it as a straight through nozzle with cold sprue. Because of this numerous combination options you get plenty of variations from one nozzle line. A favorable price follows from different synergies within the production The “price pleasure” implies all system components Thus it's possible to use the connecting nozzle with or without heater, alternatively you can chose an extra heater. Then often an additional control loop can be cancelled. For security the manifold furtehrmore is realized with two heaters The variation options with the standard manifold are nearly infinite.
