TECHNICAL INFORMATION DEAD LEG FREE HEATERS FOR USE IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY Electric Process Heaters / Air Heaters Complete electric process heaters in dead-leg-free versions, also known as electric heat exchangers, also belong to the heatsystems production program. An electric process heater is flanged into the flow pipe. The connection between the electric process heater and the flow pipe is dead-leg-free. The standard versions include TriClamp, BBS flange connections according to DIN and ANSI standards. These medium-side connections are designed as TriClamps or according to customer request. Different thermal insulation systems are available. For clean rooms, heatsystems supplies gas-tight welded insulation.
