The Dolphin m-phin filters are designed for treating liquids by retaining suspended solids within a cartridge. The filtered liquid exits through an outlet connection. These filters are available in three configurations: Y, L, and O, and are suitable for various industrial applications such as evaporative towers, heat exchangers, and aquaculture. They support a filtration range from 3000 µm to 25 µm and can handle a maximum flow rate of 400 m³/h, with a nominal pressure range of PN 10 - PN16 and a maximum temperature of 80°C.
The cleaning process is automated, triggered by a preset pressure differential or at set intervals. During cleaning, a drain valve opens, and adaptive suction pads remove accumulated dirt from the filter element. Filtration continues uninterrupted if the inlet pressure is at least 3 bar.
The filters are constructed from stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316) with EPDM gaskets certified for contact with drinking water. The surface is finished with micro shot peening and passivation.
Key technical parameters include a salinity tolerance of less than 10000 ppm and a pH range of 3 to 9. The design complies with the PED 2014/68/EU standard.
The cleaning cycle varies by size, with a minimum flow rate during cleaning ranging from 9 to 20 m³/h and water consumption between 50 to 115 liters per cycle. The cycle duration is 20-25 seconds.
Various models are available with different construction shapes and sizes, supporting maximum flow rates from 30 to 400 m³/h, depending on the model and configuration.

Three types of filter kits are available: MLE, 3LE, and 1LE, each offering different filtration degrees and construction materials, primarily using AISI 316 stainless steel.
