Procedures

During cleaning, a drain valve opens, and rotating brushes remove accumulated dirt, which is flushed away. Filtration continues as long as the inlet pressure is at least 1.5 bar.

Technical Data
The filters are constructed from AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, with EPDM gaskets certified for contact with drinking water. The power supply is 230 Vac, 50/60 Hz single-phase, with a 0.11 kW electric motor. Valves are 24 Vac electro-pneumatic, and compressed air at 6 bar is required.

Models and Flow Rates
Various models are available with different sizes and flow rates, ranging from 30 m³/h to 550 m³/h, depending on the construction shape and size. The filtering surface area varies from 1,500 cm² to 7,400 cm².

Cleaning Cycle
The cleaning cycle duration is 20-25 seconds, with water consumption varying by size. Minimum flow rates during cleaning range from 10 m³/h to 20 m³/h, with a minimum pressure of 1.5 bar.

Filtering Elements
Three types of filter kits are available: PES, 2LE, and 1LE, offering various filtration degrees from 25 microns to 3000 microns. The PES filter kit includes a polyester filter fabric, while the 2LE and 1LE kits are made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel for more challenging conditions.

Accessories and Spare Parts
Accessories include an electronic controller, pneumatic drain valve, pressure transmitters, and Namur solenoid valve. Spare parts such as gaskets, pressure gauges, and brush kits are available for maintenance.
