L’omogeneità termica sviluppata sull’intera superficie dell’elemento riscaldante, permette di evitare fenomeni di dilatazione anomala ed insufficiente uniformità termica nell’apparecchiatura, gestendone tutta la potenza con la massima efficacia. L’isolamento in poliestere garantisce prestazioni fino a temperature di 120°C; la pellicola adesiva ad alto tenore di adesività su acciaio e superfici plastiche, ne favorisce l’estrema semplicità di montaggio e l’ottimale scambio termico. La possibilità di eseguire elementi “su misura”, permette di adattare gli elementi flessibili a molteplici soluzioni tecniche ed applicative. The polyester flexible heating elements due to their small thickness can be easily fitted to different kind of surfaces (plastics or metal) and guarantee a fast and uniform heat transfer. The uniform thermal distribution allows to avoid abnormal thermal expansions and to manage all the power with the maximum efficiency. The polyester insulation guarantees 120°C maximum working temperature. The high bond performance of the adhesive film allows an easy fixing on steel and plastic surfaces. The etched foil technology allows to design the flexible element according to the requests of the customer so it is possible to customize shape, dimensions, voltage and power. For this reason the flex elements are suitable for a lot of different applications.
