Il riscaldatore in foglio alluminio è composto da un cavo riscaldante in silicone o PVC, racchiuso da un rivestimento in foglio di alluminio da ambo le parti, la pellicola adesiva incorporata è ad alto tenore di adesività su acciaio e plastiche, favorendo la semplicità di applicazione e l’ottimo scambio termico con la superficie, garantendo così un'uniforme distribuzione termica. Nei settori della refrigerazione e del condizionamento trova un largo utilizzo ma, grazie alla possibilità di eseguire elementi “su misura”, è adatto a molteplici soluzioni tecniche, infatti, si possono avere: - potenze specifiche diverse sullo stesso elemento; - elementi con regolazioni termiche (termostati, protettori, PT100, sonde J/K ecc.); - tensioni da 1V a 400V;0 - possibilità di doppia alimentazione 115-230V per stesso elemento riscaldante; - Classe di isolamento: I o II; - Grado di protezione: IP68.
