Overview: This document provides technical specifications and features of the EASYBOX AC® horizontal chamber furnaces designed for heat treatment under a controlled atmosphere, with or without a quenching tank, capable of reaching temperatures up to 1,100°C. Five standard models are available.

Mineral fibre insulation for efficient thermal management.
Rapid temperature increase rate of approximately 1,000°C per hour.
Fully automatic digital PID controller with self-tuning capabilities.
Weekly programmable time switch for operational convenience.
Pneumatic guillotine door with thermal protection and anti-fall device, compliant with safety standards.
Refractory steel alloy muffle for heat treatment.
Electric panel with IP 55 protection, equipped with thyristors and overheating safety device.
Heating elements located on all four walls of the muffle (top, bottom, and sides).
