Technological Advancements
The Perforator Screen addresses the increasing need for fine screening devices due to advancements in wastewater treatment processes and regulatory requirements. It supports MBR, MBBR, and IFAS treatment processes.
Design and Installation
The robust unibody design of the Perforator ensures quick and simple onsite installation. The patented Multiplex side seal creates a labyrinth to seal the area between the sieve elements and the roller chain drive, while the Dual-Surge spray system enhances solids removal efficiency. Screenings are discharged into a suitable receptacle, such as the Headworks Screwpactor™, which is a washing and compaction system.
