Disposable In-Line Filters

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document provides technical specifications for a range of Disposable In-Line Filters (DIF) models, including DIF-MNxx, DIF-MKxx, DIF-Nxx, DIF-Kxx, DIF-BNxx, and DIF-BKxx. These filters are designed for particulate removal applications and are suitable for use in portable analyzers and other analysis systems.
Main Specifications:
  • Main Connections: All models have a connection diameter of 6.3 mm.
  • Maximum Pressure: 8.5 Bar for all models.
  • Maximum Temperature: 110°C at 0 Bar and 50°C at maximum pressure for all models.
  • Materials of Construction: Body materials include Nylon and PVDF (Polyvinylidenedifluoride), with K Type filter elements.
  • Principal Dimensions: Dimensions vary slightly between models, with volume ranging from 6 cc to 11 cc.
  • Filter Element Size: Models use either 12-16-xx or 12-32-xx filter elements, with the latter offering higher flow rates.
Features:
  • Completely disposable and easy to install and replace.
  • Choice of housing materials for excellent chemical resistance.
  • Available in five grades of filtration, indicated by replacing 'xx' with the required grade (e.g., DIF-N70).
Recommendations: For coalescing and bypass filtration duties, consider models DIF-INxxC, DIF-LNxxC, and DIF-LKxxC. For cost-effective solutions, consider plastic housings with replaceable elements.

Disposable In-Line Filters-1

Disposable In-Line Filters Completely disposable Easy to install and replace Choice of housing materials Excellent chemical resistance Five grades of filtration Headline Filters range of Disposable In-Line Filters consists of permanently welded housings with encapsulated filter elements. This makes them ideal for portable analysers and other analysis systems requiring a robust and easily replaceable filter. A choice of body materials makes them suitable for a wide range of chemical environments. The units on this page are designed for particulate removal applications. For coalescing and bypass filtration duties, the DIF-INxxC, DIF-LNxxC and DIF-LKxxC should be considered. Where running cost is more important than initial cost, plastic housings with replaceable elements should be considered - see pages 22-26. The ‘xx’ in the part number should be replaced with the grade required, e.g. DIF-N70, DIF-MN40.
