Precision Laser Calibration System
The HBD 400 features an automatic laser calibration system with seamless multi-beam laser stitching. It offers a calibration accuracy of up to 0.05 mm, enhancing process stability and part quality.

Long-lasting Filtration System
The filtration system uses PTFE-coated filter elements meeting H13 standards, capturing particles as small as 0.3μm with 99.9% efficiency. It includes self-cleaning features, extending the filter element's lifetime to over 5 years. The optimized gas-flow configuration ensures efficient waste reclamation in inert gas environments.

HBD 400 Overview
The HBD 400 is a sustainable solution for serial production in metal additive manufacturing. It supports the production of charger plug terminals with a material of 316L, achieving a production rate of 19.2 pieces per hour, which is three times more efficient than dual-laser systems.
