S Series Enclosures
- Robust Stainless Steel Construction: The enclosures are made from stainless steel with material thickness ranging from 1.2 to 2.0mm, and gland plates are 2 to 3mm thick. They include a durable stainless steel rating label.
- Electropolished Surface Finish: This finish provides high levels of corrosion resistance.
- Softer Finished Rounded Edges: The rounded edges ensure safer manual handling of the enclosure and gland plates.
- Rigid Slotted External Mounting Feet: These allow the enclosure to be securely hung onto structures.
- Stainless Steel Lid Fixing Screws with Nylon Retaining Washers: These prevent the loss of screws during assembly and maintenance.
- Superior One Piece Silicone Sponge Gaskets: These provide DTS01 deluge protection and ingress protection to IP66, with excellent UV stability and chemical resistance. An EMC mesh option is available.
- Extensive Range of Enclosure Sizes Available: There are eleven standard sizes, ranging from 153 x 233 x 130 to 740 x 1000 x 210. Gland plates are available on two sides and the bottom, or on the bottom only.
- Internal/External Earth Stud Fitted: Ensures proper grounding and safety.
