Olive Oil Plant Components
The plant consists of the following units: Defoliator and Washing Machine, Crusher, Malaxer, Decanter Unit, Separator Unit, Boiler Unit, and Main Control Panel.

OLIVEMAX 31 Continuous System
The system ensures efficient olive crushing while preserving organoleptic properties, achieving maximum oil quality through cold pressing without water addition. It features a planetary type gearbox for maximum control and a co-current flow screw conveyor for maximum yield. The heating unit uses solid fuels like dry pomace, with an exchanger unit for efficient heat transfer and fuel savings.

Olive Crusher and Decanter Centrifuge
All parts in contact with olive oil and black water are stainless steel. The bowl group is made of forged stainless steel, with a smooth startup facilitated by an inverter. Adjustable diaphragms reduce olive oil levels in black water below world standards. HAUS separators offer semi-automatic and full automatic cleaning options.

Olive Defoliator and Washing Machine
Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the defoliator features a special belt cleaning system. The washing machine offers region-specific washing options with reduced water consumption, weighing olives post-wash.

Malaxer (Paste Kneading) Unit
Each section of the malaxer operates independently, preventing batch mixing, with a capacity of 750 kg per section, made entirely of stainless steel.

Main Control Panel
The panel, compliant with IP 54 class, includes ventilation and lighting. The control circuit operates at 24 volts for user safety, with an emergency stop button to disable all machines if necessary.
