These disruptive electrostatic charges can be found on various material webs, where they interfere with the production process and attract dust particles as well as other quality-reducing substances. Affected are all branches of industry where materials with poor electric conductivity are processed. Segmental ionizer EI Form The HAUG Segmental ionizer El Form has proven its value in the removal of electrostatic charges in the packaging industry and in the medical technology. Production-interfering surface charges can be removed reliably and effectively with the El Form The Segmental ionizer is an ionizing unit which can be adapted to convex and concave shaped surfaces. This unit is available with up to a maximum of 20 segments with a maximum bending radius of 135 mm.
