HAUG Ionization – for the elimination of electrostatic charges Ionizing air gun Accu Jet Accu Jet is the world's first ionizing air gun with battery-based high-voltage supply. Accu Jet allows you to remove electrostatic charges and particles adhering to surfaces in one work process (Fig. 1). All that is needed to operate Accu Jet is a compressed air supply – the usual high-voltage supply by means of a power pack and high voltage cable can be dispensed with due to the rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The charge level of the Li-ion battery and the operational availability of the high voltage is indicated by means of two light-emitted diodes (LEDs). One battery charge ensures continuous operation for up to 16 h, and provides Accu Jet with energy for a whole working day. The Li-ion battery can be charged irrespective of the degree of discharge, and it is characterized by low self-discharge.
