Technology Overview
The system comprises a charging generator and a charging electrode tailored for specific applications. The charging generator AG 60, equipped with a discharge unit and an electronic process monitoring system, ensures high process reliability. This system enhances the cycle times of injection moulding machines by accurately positioning labels and removing finished products efficiently.

In Mould Labelling Applications
This technology is primarily used in injection moulding for food packaging and various plastic containers. The dielectric properties of plastic are utilized to apply a charge to the label, fixing it in the grounded mould. A combined discharging and charging system ensures the label's electric neutrality before charging.
