IntroductionThis document provides guidelines for cleaning ionizing bars and pins to ensure high ionization effect and long service life. Regular cleaning is essential for optimal performance.
Cleaning Procedure1. Use the designated cleaning systems (RS 1 for charging bars and RS 2 for discharging bars) to remove contamination.
2. Clean weekly for best results.
3. The cleaning system includes a transparent 100 ml storage container for easy level monitoring and a replaceable plastic brush with polyamide bristles.
4. For discharging bars, use a brush with 10 mm bristles; for charging bars, use a brush with 30 mm bristles.
5. Apply light pressure while moving the brush over the pins.
6. Squeeze the container to release the cleaning agent onto the brush.
7. The brush can be rotated and locked in place using a clamping screw.
8. Ensure bars are dried after cleaning.
