Diese Systeme werden berall dort verwendet, wo unterschiedliche Materialien miteinander elektrostatisch fixiert werden sollen. Mindestens eines dieser Materialien muss isolierend sein. Diese elektrostatische Fixierung dient dazu, einen nachfolgenden Prozess, wie z.B. die Folien鹹berlappung in Verpackungsmaschinen, zu untersttzen. Aufladestab ALS Der HAUG Aufladestab ALS ist fr die meisten Anwendungen, bei denen Materialbahnen miteinander fixiert werden sollen, geeignet. Der Aufladestab ALS wird von einem beliebigen HAUG Aufladegenerator der Baureihe AG gespeist. Diese sind wahlweise in positiver oder negativer Polarit鹠t erhltlich. Die Spannung des Aufladegenerators kann stufenlos eingestellt werden. Der Aufladestab ALS wird in einem Abstand von ca. 10-20 mm ber dem aufzuladenden Material, direkt ๹ber der Gegenelek-trode angebracht. Die geerdete Gegenelektrode muss sich im Kontakt mit dem aufzuladendem Material befinden. Um eine kontinuierliche, prozesssichere Fixierung der beiden Materialien zu erhalten, empfehlen wir, die miteinander zu fixierenden Materialien vor der Aufladung durch ein geeignetes HAUG lonisationssystem zu entladen (Grafik 1). HAUG charging systems HAUG charging systems are intended for the contact-free application of electrostatic charges. These systems are used wherever different materials need to be fixed to one another electrostatically. At least one of these materials must be insulating. This electrostatic fixation is intended to support downstream processes such as the film overlap in packaging machines. Charging bar ALS The HAUG charging bar ALS is suitable for most applications where material webs are to be fixed relative to each other. The charging bar ALS can be supplied using any HAUG AG series charging generator. These are optionally available with positive or negative polarity. The voltage of the charging generator can be steplessly adjusted. The charging bar ALS must be attached at a distance of approx. 10 - 20 mm above the material to be charged, directly above the counter-electrode. The grounded counter-electrode must make contact with the material to be charged. ln order to achieve a continuous, controlled fixation of the two materials, we recommend that, before charging, the materials to be fixed to one another be discharged using a suitable HAUG ionization system (ill.1). Particular caracteristics and advantages The charging bar ALS is available both with axial and radial exit of the high-tension cable. The high-tension cable and the pin strip can be simply replaced.
