- Torque screws to 8 ± 0.5 ft-lbs, cooling connections to 50 ± 10 ft-lbs, hydraulic connections to 200 ± 10 ft-lbs, check valves tubes to 50 ± 10 ft-lbs, and vent connections to 50 ± 10 ft-lbs.
- Reverify all torque values after testing.
- Drain coolant through the specified port before shipping and during maintenance intervals, torquing the plug no more than 25 ft-lbs.
- Touch up hydraulic cylinder paint before shipping using black paint RAL 9005.
- Engage only one screw through the bracket on each gas section.
- Plug all open ports with plastic caps before shipping.
