Models and Components

Structure and Principle

The vacuum type dust separating hopper spins resin pellets inside while suction air from the top collects fine dust. Stirring air from the bottom agitates pellets to repeatedly remove dust adhered to pellet surfaces, enhancing dust collection efficiency.

Conveying Capacity and Application

The conveying capacity depends on the vertical conveying distance (including 3m vertical lift), material shape, specific gravity, pipe material, and bends. The standard hose is PVC with HARMO standard nozzle. The typical material used for testing is virgin pellets with apparent specific gravity 0.6.
