Four Bolt Duct Connection System
- Flange: Available in two sizes, 'G' (7/8") and 'J' (1 3/8"), made of galvanized steel with an integral synthetic resin sealant that adheres well to metal and retains its properties up to 180º F.
- Corner: Galvanized steel, flanged and embossed for strength, with prepunched holes for #10 sheet metal screws, accommodating carriage bolts for easy assembly.
- Cleat: Designed as a drive or snap-on cleat, made of galvanized steel.
- Gasket: High-density, self-adhering, available in EPDM, Butyl, or Neoprene.
- Bolts & Nuts: Short neck carriage bolts and hex nuts, hot-dipped galvanized, available in sizes 'G' (3/4" x 3/16") and 'J' (1" x 3/8").
- Flanges: Various lengths and packaging options, with weights ranging from 305 lbs to 2,130 lbs per bundle.
- Corners: Available in cases of 200 pieces, each weighing 20 lbs.
- Cleats: Cut cleats available in cases of 500 pieces, and snap/drive cleats in 12.5 ft lengths.
- Gaskets: EPDM, Butyl, and Neoprene gaskets available in different dimensions and packaging, with weights ranging from 6 lbs to 48 lbs per case.
- Nuts & Bolts: J and G carriage bolts and nuts available in cases, with weights ranging from 5 lbs to 23 lbs.
- TDC/TDF Corners: Available in cases and drums, with weights ranging from 30 lbs to 500 lbs.
