Specialized in Electrical Power Test and Measurement Instruments since 1999 FRA100 Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer ■ Use SFRA method to diagnose winding deformation of power transformers SFRA measurement ■ High dynamic range and accuracy ■ High frequency accuracy: ≤0.001% ■ Maximum sweep points up to 50,000 ■ Import data from other FRA test sets ■ Small size and light weight(2.3 kg / 5.07 lb) for easy carry Descriptions Power transformers are the most vital components in modern transmission and distribution infrastructure. Power transformers are specified to withstand mechanical forces from both transportation and in-service events, such as faults and lightning. However, mechanical forces may exceed specified limits during severe incidents or when the insulation’s mechanical strength has weakened due to aging. Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer FRA100 uses the SFRA(Sweep Frequency Response Analysis) method, which can detect potential mechanical and electrical problems of power transformers after transportation or occurrence of large current to improve transformer reliability, reduce maintenance costs and prevent costly failures. Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer FRA100 fulfills requirements in Cigre Brochure 342,2008 mechanical condition assessment of transformer windings using FRA and Chinese standard DL/T 9112016, FRA on winding deformation of power transformers, as well as international standard IEC6007618:2012. Application FRA100 can detect problems of power transformers, such as: ● Winding deformation and displacement ● Shorted turns and open windings ● Loosened clamping structures ● Broken clamping structures ● Core connection problems ● Partial winding collapse ● Faulty co
