KPZ 200
The KPZ 200 HD hose is designed for medium pressure circuits with limited installation space. It features a narrow bending radius and is constructed with an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, two high tensile steel wire braided inserts, and an oil-resistant and weatherproof synthetic rubber outer layer. The hose is black in color and has an elongation range of +2% to -4%. It complies with the EN 857 2 SC standard and is suitable for use with mineral oil, polyglycol-based oil, water (0°C to +70°C), and water-oil emulsions. The temperature range for operation is from -40°C to 100°C.
The hose is available in different sizes, each with specific dimensions and pressure ratings:
- KPZ 206: DN 6, 1/4" internal diameter, operating pressure 400 bar, test pressure 800 bar, burst pressure 1850 bar, minimum bending radius 45 mm.
- KPZ 208: DN 8, 5/16" internal diameter, operating pressure 350 bar, test pressure 700 bar, burst pressure 1700 bar, minimum bending radius 55 mm.
- KPZ 210: DN 10, 3/8" internal diameter, operating pressure 330 bar, test pressure 660 bar, burst pressure 1550 bar, minimum bending radius 65 mm.
- KPZ 213: DN 12, 1/2" internal diameter, operating pressure 275 bar, test pressure 550 bar, burst pressure 1270 bar, minimum bending radius 80 mm.
