The KP 200 NO (2SC) compact hose is designed for medium pressure circuits where installation space is limited and environmental conditions are extreme. It features an inner layer made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber and two high-tensile steel wire braids as inserts. The outer layer is composed of synthetic rubber that offers high resistance to ozone, abrasion, and weather. The hose is black in color and has an elongation range of +2% to -4%. It complies with the EN 857 2 SC standard and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C.
The hose's change in length is tested at maximum working pressure according to EN ISO 1402. The following are the specifications for different hose sizes:
- KP 206 NO: DN 6, Size 1/4", Internal Ø 6.4 mm, External Ø 14.0 mm, Operating Pressure 400 bar, Test Pressure 800 bar, Burst Pressure 1600 bar, Min. Bending Radius 75 mm.
- KP 208 NO: DN 8, Size 5/16", Internal Ø 7.9 mm, External Ø 15.6 mm, Operating Pressure 350 bar, Test Pressure 700 bar, Burst Pressure 1400 bar, Min. Bending Radius 85 mm.
- KP 210 NO: DN 10, Size 3/8", Internal Ø 9.5 mm, External Ø 17.8 mm, Operating Pressure 330 bar, Test Pressure 660 bar, Burst Pressure 1320 bar, Min. Bending Radius 90 mm.
- KP 213 NO: DN 12, Size 1/2", Internal Ø 12.7 mm, External Ø 21.3 mm, Operating Pressure 275 bar, Test Pressure 550 bar, Burst Pressure 1100 bar, Min. Bending Radius 130 mm.
