Properties
The HD 200 (2SN) hose is designed for medium high-pressure circuits. It features an inner layer made of oil-resistant synthetic rubber and two high tensile steel wire braided inserts. The outer layer is made of synthetic rubber that is resistant to high temperatures, ozone, and weather conditions. The hose is black in color and has an elongation range of +2% to -4%. It complies with the EN 853 2 SN standard and is suitable for use with mineral oil, polyglycol-based oil, water (0°C to +70°C), and water-oil emulsions. The temperature range for operation is from -40°C to 100°C.

Specifications
The hose's change in length is tested at maximum working pressure according to EN ISO 1402. The document provides detailed specifications for various hose sizes, including internal and external diameters, operating pressure, test pressure, burst pressure, and minimum bending radius. For example, the HD 204 model has a nominal diameter of 5 mm, an operating pressure of 415 bar, and a minimum bending radius of 90 mm.
