OverviewThe compact synchronous drive is a
high-efficiency motor solution designed for space-saving applications. It is available in frame sizes 71 and 80, with power ratings from 0.55 kW to 2.2 kW, and operates on a single-phase power supply. All models exceed the IE3 efficiency class and meet the "Super Premium" IE4 class standards.
Design and FeaturesThe motors feature single-tooth winding and an optimized rotor with integrated magnetic segments, ensuring smooth operation across the speed range. They come with IEC standard flanges and customizable options for machine attachment. The drive computer, integrated with power control electronics, is located in the rear bearing shield and is configured for the specific motor variation.
The terminal box includes mains feed-in and control interfaces, with an integrated control unit featuring membrane keys and a display for speed setting and operational information. Optional control is available via field bus interface or wireless signal processing.
