Designed for food testing the HI 931102 is a powerful instrument with four ranges capable of measuring concentrations from 0.150g/L to 300g/L. - good for large volume solutions This meter is also able to auto range from sample to sample without the need for recalibration. A separate temperature probe provides temperature readings from -20˚C to +120˚C, making it ideal for use in most food applications.
