■ Overview GA-5000DN DeNO„ Ammonia Slip Online Monitoring System is an on-site installation gas analyzer which is developed after years reaching and design based on online gas analysis instruments. GA-5000DN adopts above 200'C high temperature of heat tracing in whole process, including on-site filtration sampling, on-site analysis measurement technology. It uses 316L SS for all pipelines contacting with gas to ensure the temperature is over 200'C for heat tracing and avoid amine salt crystallization. The latest Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy(TDLAS) is used to analyze NH3. GA-5000DN has many features, such as low detection limit, accurate measurement result, easy to calibrate and compare; simple construction and without any moving parts, etc. This instrument is widely applied to device exit of SCR, SNCR process of Ammonia slip online monitoring. ■ Flow Principle Under the work of high temperature sampling pump, the gas passes through sampling probe(filter cartridge included), heat tracing pipe, ball valve; Secondary filtration enters NH3 analysis module, and bleed off at last. Over 200'C high temperature heat tracing is adopted for the whole process to avoid water condensing, amine salt crystallizing and NH3 attaching to the wall of pipe. To avoid filter cartridge of probe blocking by massive dust, the system periodically closes ball valve and controls pulse of back-blow valve to blow the filter cartridge of probe. This analyzer supports automatic calibration(zeroing and span calibration); measurement flow path closes when calibration is carrying out. Pressure transmitter is used to compensate measured value and check if probe is blocked. Secondary filtration has protection function to protect NH3 analysis module when probe is leaking and the temperature controller fails. This module is based on TDLAS measurement technology. The temperature inside gas chamber can reach 200. That is the most advanced technology of online analysis of trace NH3: ■ Internal Structure Chart By adjusting the current of tunable laser, the whole gas absorption peak can be scanned and obtain secondary harmonic of gas absorption to analyze the condensation of gas.
