Based on microprocessor technology, Dynamic Dilution Calibrator is developed for precise gas analyzer and supports multi paths calibration. With high-accuracy mass flow controller and standard gas, this system can provide calibration gas for zero point and span inspection of multiple gas components. Up to 4 gas sources can be provided. Built-in programmable ozone generator is optionally equipped with dynamic dilution calibrator. It can be used to calibrate 03 accurately and reliably. Also It can be used in GPT to produce N02. Linear drive of multi-point section is adopted for ozone generator to ensure the repeatability and accuracy of 03 concentration; optional photometer can improve high-level of accuracy control for ozone generator. Instrument design emphases fast response, high repeatability, high accuracy and ease of operation. Working with ozone generator, quality control of lab and gas analyzer can be ensured.
