Mobile HAMMEL screens are optimal built to fit different material applications. Robust, reliable and at the same time easy in operation, they built an ideal addition to the HAMMEL-Primary shredder. In this combination it is possible to produce clean end products out of rubbish. The screens are attached on a stable hook lift frame with wheel axle. This enables a quick transport from one location to the other. After the offload and positioning all discharge belts of the machine can be opened via mode switch or optional via remote control. This provides one-man-operation and saves high labour costs. One work step - 3 results In only one working step you can screen up to three fractions. Each screen consists of one or two one screen decks located on top of each other, whereby high throughput performances can be guaranteed. The material is either put direct into the hopper of the screen or as pre-shredded material discharged from the primary shredder into the loading bunker.
