Enables X-ray measurement in the range of 10 eV to 10 keV with high dynamic range of 10 000:1 The X-ray streak camera C13410-06A can measure X-rays from 10 eV to 10 keV with a high dynamic range by using an X-ray streak tube with a large-diameter photocathode. An image intensifier is connected to the output of the streak tube to detect weak X-ray streak images with high sensitivity. It has a high dynamic range and can measure both strong light and weak light at the same time. It is therefore effective for the optical measurement of phenomena without repetitive reproducibility.
