General Description:

The H-1200 Series toggle valve is designed for normally closed and quick on/off service. The valve opens fully when the handle is moved 90 degrees upwards and closes with a spring return when moved downwards. It features a PTFE soft seat for a positive seal.

Materials of Construction:

Valve body: 316 Stainless Steel or Brass.
Handle: Nylon.
Other components include stainless steel, nylon, and fluorocarbon materials.

Testing:

All designs are tested for burst and proof, with factory testing using nitrogen pressure at 300 psig for leak detection.

Cleaning & Packaging:

Standard cleaning and packaging follow procedure 8184, with an option for oxygen clean and lubricant-free packaging (procedure 8185).

GENERAL The H-1200 Series standard toggle valve is a compact design for normally closed and quick on/off service. Moving the handle 90 degrees upwards opens the valve to full flow and stops it firmly in the open position. Shifting the handle position downwards shuts off the valve by spring return. The PTFE soft seat at the tip of the stem provides a positive repetitive seal. TESTING All H-1200 Series designs have been tested and approved for Burst and Proof. All valves are factory tested with Nitrogen pressure at 300 psig (20.7 bar) for shell, stem and across-the-seat leak detection. Each valve is tested for leak tight performance. CLEANING & PACKAGING Every H-1200 series needle valve is cleaned in accordance with Standard Cleaning and Packaging (procedure 8184). Oxygen Clean & Lubricant Free Cleaning and packaging, in accordance with Special Cleaning and Packaging (procedure 8185), is available as an option.
