HAM-LET ONE-LOK® single ferrule fittings are designed to provide leak-proof, secure connections suitable for high pressure, vibration, and vacuum applications. These fittings consist of three precision-engineered parts: body, ferrule, and nut.

Applications

Materials
The standard material for ONE-LOK® fittings is 316 Stainless Steel, with options for other materials available upon request.

Remakeability
The single ferrule design allows for repeated remakes without compromising the leak-tight seal.

Temperature Changes
The ferrule's ability to bow during make-up introduces a 'live' element, maintaining a leak-tight seal despite temperature-induced expansion and contraction.

Unique Heat Code Tracing
Each stainless steel body fitting is stamped with a unique heat-code tracing number for traceability back to the original material source.

Tubing Selection
Proper selection of ONE-LOK® fittings is crucial for safe, leak-free systems. The fittings are tested to bursting pressure with specified wall thicknesses. Customers should ensure safe product selection based on system design and function.

Installation Instructions
ONE-LOK® fittings are supplied assembled and finger tight. Disassembly before use should be avoided to prevent contamination. Reassembly involves marking the nut's position, tightening it to the original position, and ensuring the tube is deburred.

Tube Cutting and Handling
Proper tube cutting and handling are essential to prevent leaks. Tubes should be cut squarely using a tube cutter or hacksaw with guide blocks, and care should be taken to avoid scratches and deformation.

Ordering Information
ONE-LOK® part numbers are similar to LET-LOK® fittings, with an 'H' added to designate the single ferrule design.
