Specifications:
The CMW series compact welded check valves are available in sizes 1/4” and 1/2” with a maximum pressure of 20.6 MPa (3000 psi) and temperature range from -10°C to 80°C. The Cv values are 0.55 for 1/4” and 0.7 for 1/2”. Leak rates are specified as 1X9-10 atm•cc/sec Helium.

Pressure and Temperature Ratings:
The working pressure varies with temperature, starting from 203 bar at -23 to 40°C, decreasing to 133 bar at 200°C.

Flow Data:
At 20°C, the pressure drop and corresponding air flow rates are provided for models CMW4 and CMW8, with values ranging from 168 to 1026 std L/min.

Structure:
The valve body is made of 316L Stainless Steel, with a fluorocarbon FKM O-ring and an Alloy C-22 spring.

Ordering Information:
The valves feature an all-welded design for reliable fluid containment, with a maximum allowable working and back pressure of 3000 psi. Cracking pressure is less than 2 psig, and resealing back pressure is less than 4 psig. Surface finish options include electro polish and mechanical finish.
