Installation Procedures:
For high safety applications under severe conditions and high pressure, follow these steps: ensure the nut is finger tight, insert the tube up to the shoulder, rotate the nut with a wrench until the tube does not rotate freely, mark the nut's position, and rotate it 1-1/4 turns. This ensures proper contact of ferrules with the tube.

Let-Lok® Fittings Installation Instructions:
For sizes 38mm-50mm (1-1/4’’-2’’), use a hydraulic tool to close the nut and ferrules on the tube, apply G-Rapid paste, and tighten the nut on the body with a wrench.

Preassembly Tool Instructions:
For constrained installation areas, use the Preassembly Tool for sizes 6mm-16mm (1/4”-5/8”) and 1/8”-3/16” (2mm-4mm). Assemble ferrules and nut on the tool, insert the tube, rotate the nut, release the nut, and insert the tube with swaged ferrules into the fitting body. Tighten the nut to the original position using a wrench.

Stop Collar Assembly Instructions:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR LET-LOK® FITTINGS 38mm-50mm 11/4’’-2’’ 1. Close the nut and ferrules on the tube with a hydraulic tool. 2. Open and release from the tool. 3. Apply the G-Rapid paste on areas A and B. 4. Tighten the nut on body 1/2 a turn with a wrench G-RAPID PLUS LOW FRICTION PASTE HIGH SAFETY GOLDEN GAUGE SIZE: In applications where severe conditions and high pressure exist, we recommend the following installation procedures: 1. HAM-LET PREASSEMBLY TOOL In constrained installation areas, LET-LOK® fittings can be assembled with the preassembly tool and a second step on the system. PART NO.
