2. Perforated Profiles for Riveting/Screwing

Profiles HF 35/17 and HF 40/17 are designed with holes for rivet or screw fastening, recommended to be fixed every 250 mm. These profiles are available in hot-dip galvanized steel and stainless steel A2 (AISI 304).

3. Aluminum Profiles and Accessories

Aluminum profiles such as HM 42/40 SP 2.0 and HM 40/20/90 sp 2.0 are offered for rapid mounting, suitable for large spacing and flat or corrugated roofs. Hole diameters are 9.0 mm and 10.5 mm respectively.

Aluminum plates are available for initial, intermediate, and final panel fixing, with various heights (H = 34 to 48 mm) to accommodate different installation needs.

4. Fastening Accessories

Accessories include plates for fixing on corrugated sheets made from stainless steel A2 (AISI 304), with custom sizes based on roof geometry. Rivets, seals, and rivet guns are also available.

Special brackets for tiled roofs are provided in three types, designed for different spacing intervals (approximately 65 cm or larger).

5. Structural Support Elements

Aluminum triangles for panel support come in sizes 1400-1200 mm and 775-473 mm. Examples show their use combined with aluminum braces and HM 42/41 profiles for enhanced stability.

Additional support elements include inclined plates for flat roofs and fixed or adjustable height feet for substructure support.

6. Fixing Hardware

Threaded plates, bolts, screws, nuts, and washers are provided for securing profiles, particularly for the series 41 profiles. Self-tapping screws are also part of the accessory range.
