The UV Weathering Test Chamber simulates sun, rain spray, and condensation to test material durability. It accelerates the aging process, providing results in days or weeks equivalent to months of outdoor exposure. The test identifies damages such as fading, discoloration, and strength reduction, offering data for material improvement and durability assessment.
The UV Tester complies with various ASTM and ISO standards for general, coating, adhesive, and plastic materials. It features a Q-test Controller, customizable chamber sizes, and is constructed with SUS#304 stainless steel. The chamber operates within a temperature range of RT+10 to 70℃, with high humidity levels and precise temperature control.
