Constant temperature and humidity testing machine
The climate chamber is equipped with a temperature and humidity programmable controller and a France Tecumseh compressor.
Packaging dimensions are 900x1280x1680mm, with a power supply of single-phase, 220V±10%, 50Hz. The gross weight is 250kg.
Model HD-E702-150-4 has internal dimensions of 500x500x600mm and external dimensions of 700x1080x1480mm. The temperature range is -40~+150℃ with a fluctuation of ±0.5℃ and uniformity of 2℃. Humidity ranges from 20~98%RH with a fluctuation of ±2.5%RH and uniformity of 3%RH. Cooling and heating speeds are 1℃/min and 3℃/min respectively. The internal chamber is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, and the external chamber is stainless steel. It features an LCD touch screen controller, explosion-proof heater, and safety protection devices.
The chamber simulates environments with varying temperature and humidity for cyclic tests, including holding, cooling-off, heating-up, moistening, and drying tests. It is designed to uncover weaknesses in test units through accelerated testing.
The chamber operates quietly at 68 dBA and is designed for space-saving flush installation. It includes a thermal break around the doorframe, a 50mm cable port with a silicone plug, and an accurate humidity measurement system.
The PLC controller supports various step types such as ramp, soak, jump, auto-start, and end, with an RS-232 interface for computer connection.
