The CP-19 series offers crash protection for X, Y, and Z axes with a 4mm Z-axis travel. It includes hardened steel locating pads, switches rated at 3A @ 125 VAC, and features a Lemo© socket and jack. The design is available in vertical and horizontal configurations with a sealed anodized aluminum construction, suitable for industrial applications with a 19mm clear aperture and 1”-32 mounting thread.
The CB-19 series provides crash protection for X and Y axes with shelf resetting and hardened steel locating pads. It features a sealed design and anodized aluminum construction, ideal for industrial use, and includes internal proximity switches for crash reporting.
The LAM-19 series offers linear adjustable mounts with a sealed design and adjustable slide tension. It provides a choice of micrometer styles and anodized aluminum construction, with a 19mm clear aperture, suitable for horizontal use with retraction under compressive loads and Z-axis crash protection.
The BEC-19 series beam expanders/collimators feature a sealed design with easily removable optics, custom expansion ratios, and are available for all wavelengths. The design ensures minimum aberration with a Galilean telescope design and a fixed overall length for easy mounting.
The TM-19 series translation mounts are designed for critical alignment of transmissive optics. They feature a sealed design, quick connect self-aligning joint, and various mounting styles, allowing for translational and angular corrections with a ±2mm adjustment range.
The BQE-25 series beam quality enhancement system prevents back reflections and converts laser beams from linearly polarized to circularly polarized. It includes liquid-cooled mirrors and mounts for any input/output configuration.
The CPU-25 series circular polarizer system converts laser beams from linearly polarized to circularly polarized, designed for CO2 lasers, and includes liquid-cooled mirrors with a 25mm clear aperture.
The BBK-19 series kinematic beam benders provide a ninety-degree beam displacement with independent orthogonal mirror adjustment. They accommodate various mirror diameters and feature a sealed design with anodized aluminum construction.
The SSDP-19 safety shutters are fail-safe designs capable of handling up to 500W. They feature a gold-plated liquid-cooled reflecting shutter blade and optional alignment diode, designed for use with the SIU-100 shutter interlock unit.
The SIU-100 shutter interlock unit provides the necessary electronic circuitry for rotary solenoid shutters. It features high peak power circuitry, a removable keyswitch for interlock override, and a bicolor LED for shutter status.
Cooling options include water or air cooled, with a capacity of 500W for water and 100W for air. Features include an internal cone diffuser, liquid cooling (80 PSI max), and #10-32 tap for fittings. Material options are brass or copper.
