BUTTING: Our production sites BUTTING is a company with tradition and history. We contribute to the success of our customers with a well-trained and international staff family, yet we see ourselves as learners every day. Our innovative strength and problem-solving expertise are based on longstanding experience and teamwork, as well as new ideas and unique personalities! The focus of our business activity is the processing of stainless steels, particularly special steels and clad materials, into “customised product solutions”. In addition to plant engineering, the focus is on the production of high-quality pipes and further processing into ready-to-install pipe components within the scope of comprehensive manufacturing options. This includes a pipe storage with over 5 000 tons. Every year more than 6 000 tons of stainless steel are processed into vessels, tanks and apparatus as well as for spools and plant construction. Founded in 2004, we manufacture today on a production area of 10 000 m2 containers, tanks and components ready for installation. BUTTING CryoTechʼs core competencies lie in vacuum-insulated transfer lines for cryogenic liquids. In five production halls we have been manufacturing pipes from coil and plate in lengths of 2 to 12 m since 20
