Delivering improved versatility and usability the iDrive provides a class leading, fully automated solution to basket handling. Guyson have combined the latest in servo motor control software with an intuitive programming suite to produce a handling system to compliment any process or application. Accessed through a full colour touch screen HMI, the iDrive affords unrivalled automation, functionality and integration. The iDrive software suite is packed with features to make programming and operating the system a breeze. Users can create up to 20 individual routines, each with 32 programmable I/O functions. The user is able to set new wash tasks for different products with station sequence, dwell time, position and speed fully adjustable. For peace of mind and security there is a built in USB back-up function for program storage and multi-level password protection prevents unauthorised modification.
