Introduction
ST93 is a low tack SPRINT® resin matrix designed for structural composite solutions. It is part of Gurit's product range, which includes Prepreg, SPRINT®, and SparPreg®. The product is suitable for vacuum bag processing and offers excellent mechanical performance with glass and carbon fiber reinforcements. It can be cured at temperatures as low as 85°C and as high as 120°C, with a rapid cure option at 120°C for 45 minutes. The out-life is 60 days at 21°C.

Product Information
ST93 SPRINT® can be used with prepreg and SparPreg™ products. It is supplied with a poly backer and can be applied to the substrate with either side against the tool. For optimal use, contact Gurit's Composite Processing Department.

Recommended Cure Schedule
The minimum recommended cure is 10 hours at 85°C.

Transport & Storage
Store sealed and out of direct sunlight. Prepreg materials should be stored in a freezer to maximize their usable life. Storage temperatures and durations are: -18°C for 18 months, +5°C for 6 months, +20°C for 60 days, and +30°C for 20 days.

Cured Prepreg Properties
Typical product formats include 1200g/m2 Fleeced Triax and 600g/m2 ±45° Biax. Properties such as nominal resin content, fiber weight, and mechanical performance are detailed, with specific values for tensile and compressive strengths and moduli.
